I photograph a wonderful night out about once a month for Clare-Marie who runs the Dr Sketchy...
It's life drawing with a difference, hosted by Dusty Limits the king of underground cabaret and it is always a sell out.
Take a look at some of my pictures from the last Dr Sketchy and if you're interested in coming along visit their lovely website here

Hectic Few Days
It's Monday and the end of four manic days of running about like some kind of mental girl and I'm now able to relax, chill and reflect upon my latest shoots and start the long editing process!
I spent most of my time traveling between London to Essex, back to London and then to Surrey, then to Brighton and back to Surrey and then finally back to my home in London with just enough time to catch a glimpse of the marathon runners around Canary Wharf.... Argh!
So after a few cups of tea with my lovely new Teapot from Liberty (pictures coming soon) I will be able to share with you some lovely pics and my latest escapades!
Here's a couple of photos from yesterday with the lovely Adriano and Ami who are getting married in August and they brought along their beautiful and might I add very cheeky 3 year old daughter Arwen. She was so much fun and had us running around after her all afternoon!

Gorgeous Wedding Venue
Well, it's been a while since I've been this excited about a wedding, but in less than a week I'll be running around with a giant camera strapped to my hand and a spare one round my neck where I'll be photographing a lovely couple called Julie and Mark at Down Hall County Hotel.
I visited the venue with them a couple of weeks ago and have been meaning to get the pics up that I took there, I'm so excited because there's going to be lots of opportunities to get some great shots of them and their guests.
Here's a little sneak peak of the venue...

Mum's Tea Cup Collection
Having a base in Essex is great as it's originally where I'm from and I often have wedding appointments with couples who want to talk about their photography. I love meeting newly engaged couples and will often travel to them with a giant suitcase full of gorgeous wedding albums to show them...
So my last trip to Essex to have final meeting with the lovely couple Julie and Mark who are getting married on 23rd April at their chosen venue of Down Hall (gorgeous by the way!). Plus it gives me a chance to see my parents and little bro and have a much needed chin wag with my mum... who I'm happy to say I take after a great deal!
So often the topic of conversation will eventually end up about shopping and past purchases and recent purchases. I blame my mum for me being a shopaholic.
Her most recent subject of interest is vintage tea cups... and she's on the look out whenever she goes out for a new set (particularly in the treasure trove that is Leigh on Sea with it's amazing charity shops) so I was squealing with delight when I saw these gorgeous finds and just had to snap them.. (oh and my mum too-hopefully she won't mind!!!)
